Tell us briefly about your position and mission as part of Adin’s global family.
I currently serve as a production manager at Adin. My extensive department employs around 40 dedicated employees across various roles, including production workers, CNC programmers, and maintenance staff.
The factory boasts about 56 CNC same-line production machines from the 'Citizen' company, our strategic partner, operating continuously around the clock to meet our production demands to stand in 2024 yearly sales plan for about 2 million dental implants. We are expanding and plan to receive 75 new machines over the next years as we move into a new factory. The new factory will have over 7 million implants production capacity per year. Each year, we produce over 1 million parts per month, and I am responsible for ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency in all our operations. My mission is to oversee the seamless functioning of the machining department, drive productivity, and uphold our commitment to excellence.
When did you join Adin, and what made you join us?
I joined Adin in 2021, and since then, it has been a remarkable journey of growth and learning. The past years have been filled with numerous opportunities to contribute to the company's success and expand my professional horizons.
What work situation or special achievement made you feel proud?
One of the most significant achievements I am particularly proud of is the substantial increase in our production capacity, which we managed to triple within just one year. This accomplishment was no small feat and required a strategic and efficient use of our manpower and the acquisition and integration of new, advanced equipment. It also involved a concerted effort to enhance our efficiency and quality standards in close collaboration with the quality and control department. Successfully navigating this challenge demonstrated our team's capability and resilience and solidified our position as a leader in the industry.

I am 34 years old, happily married, and a proud parent of one child.
In my leisure time, I am passionate about competing in triathlons and mountain biking, which keep me physically fit and mentally refreshed. These hobbies also satisfy my love for nature and the outdoors, providing an outstanding balance to my professional life. Before joining the Adin family, I worked in the Prime Minister's office, a role that significantly shaped my professional skills and provided me with invaluable experiences.

While individual effort is important, collective action and unity achieve the most significant and impactful results.
